Katherine and Dan’s breathtaking wedding in Wine Country started with a medley of six decadent tray-passed small bites, alongside a Dim Sum table and our Tequila Lime Shrimp Active Station. Guests sat down to our locally-sourced Strawberry Salad, and freshly baked French epi bread. Dinner featured a pre-selected entrée of Seared Duck, Basmati Rice with Toasted Vermicelli Pasta or Juniper-Crusted Short Ribs alongside family-style sides of Olive Oil Crushed Fingerling Potatoes, roasted vegetables, and House-made Gnochetti Sardi Pasta.
