Rick’s 60th Birthday Party

Rick’s 60th Birthday Party kicked off with a selection of four tray-passed small bites. Guests sat down to a Plum Salad made with local summer lettuces, gorgonzola, red onion and a champagne vinaigrette. For dinner, party-goers enjoyed an entrée of Grilled Tri-Tip, Roasted Branzino or Stuffed Summer Squash, all served with Herbed Risotto Cakes and freshly-baked French epi bread.
