The Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation’s charity fundraiser began with five delicious tray-passed small bites. Guests sat down to a Golden Beet Salad tossed with local mixed greens, as well as freshly-baked sourdough rolls. Dinner was served family-style, with guests enjoying Roasted Dry-Aged Flannery New York Steak, Brick Chicken, House-made Gnocchetti Sardi Pasta with vegetables, as well as roasted seasonal vegetables. Mini desserts were also served family-style, and featured a Strawberry Rhubarb Mason Jar Crisp, Chocolate Pie with roasted marshmallow, and Mini Creme Brulee with fresh, local raspberries!
