Social Advocates for Youth’s Diamond and Denim Charity Gala started with a selection of four tray-passed small bites. Guests sat down to a Salad of Local Lettuces, Bulgarian-style feta and seasonal vegetables with a purple sumac vinaigrette, alongside freshly-baked French epi bread. For dinner, guests chose between three entrée choices of Grilled Steak, Roasted Stuffed Eggplant, or our House-made Gnoccheti Sardi Pasta with vegetables. For dessert, guests enjoyed a Rhubarb and Chamomile Trifle with vanilla bean custard.
