For Elise and Artem’s Wine Country wedding, we designed a gourmet menu that perfectly captured their celebration.
To start the evening, guests were treated to a delicious array of tray-passed small bites. Cocktail Hour was followed by our refreshing Plated Crispy Chickpea and Summer Lettuce Salad, crafted with the finest locally-sourced ingredients. For the entrée, guests had the choice of a tri-tip, salmon, a vegetarian ravioli, or our allergy-safe and vegan-friendly Curried Lentil Cake, all served with summer vegetables and freshly baked French epi bread.
