The Barrel Auction began with a family-style first course of Spring harvest vegetables, local artisan cheese, Journeyman salumi and local artisan breads. For dinner, guests chose between Lemon Verbena Roasted Chicken, Marsh Hen Mills Red Flint Polenta Cakes, or Whole Roasted Maitake Mushroom Vignarola. Guests were then treated to a spread of family-style mini desserts, including Key Lime Meringue Tarts, Rocky Road Bars, and Vanilla Cupcakes with rose frosting.
